Issue of summons for not attending date

Can a summons be issued for not attending a date even though if one's bail is cnfirmed. Distance between place of residence and the case filed is close to 2000km and always not possible to travel.I attended all the dates till the time bail was not confirmed.Every visit means taking leave from work and attending and that too for a fake 498 A case.Doesnt court considerdistance this fact..Whats the remedy if the opponent lawyers gets a summons issued form court with a intention of harresment.if the summons is used should police issue a notice of appearance and give sufficent time .plz advice

Once U receive the summons, U have to attend on the stipulated date either in person or through a lawyer.Once U engage a lawyer,U need not attend every adjournment,unless and untill the court deems to think so.

u may file application of exemption from personal appearance

U can file a petitiion u/s317crpc to dispence with the personal attendence without inviting a warrant.

Engage a good lawyer and seek permanent exemption from personal attendance from the court

there is provision under crpc for examtion of personal attendence . u should apply that provision.
