Issues Framed

I m the plaintiff in a suit where in the defendant is not present since 3-4 years... Now as per our request court has decided to order Ex-partee but before that framed some ISSUES now my question is how to reply on said issues

Is it advisable to reply point wise on each issue???

Or to reply in format of written examination in chief??
Or to reply on oath??

Now the case will proceed and defence or case shall be made in terms of issues and the court shall decide the issues on the basis of pleadings of parties and also evidence adduced by parties.

What was the last stage of the case before respondent stopped coming?

Sir R Trivedi
Respondent has not attended court till today... Nothing is done by him till today

Now court has framed issues

How to reply for the same.... Is there any specific format??
Or can we reply as like in written examination in chief??

No you need not reply to the issues.

Now court would decide those issues on the basis of pleadings and evidence which you would lead.

However if any of the issues which you consider important is missed out then you may move an aplication to frame additional issues.
