Nature of ordininance is permanennt in nature but depends on legislature.  If it wants it repealed then legistlature should agree.  Or else it is permanent.  

It is my view that instead of concentrating on bull fight ban, we should concentrate on planting trees, using lesser vehicles which contribute towards evironmental pollution and help get rains or atleast urge central govt to build channels from north towards south where there are lot of floods every year, where south is suffering with lack of water. Especailly TN and Karnantaka.
