For Jewellers it has become difficult to do business in buying old jewellery as they are falsely implicated, sometimes by demanding from wrong jeweller, or by inflating the the quantity of theft gold. He was accompanied by a ‘thief’ who ‘identified’ the ornaments as the same he had sold to the jeweller after stealing it from elsewhere. The property was ‘recovered as part of investigations’.
