i constructed house. loan is refunded totally. i want to add my wife's name in ownership records of housing society and local muncipal corporation. guide what is the procedure and legal benefits of such ownership perticularly in maharashtra state. There was some law/ provision in 2003 year.

You can make a gift deed of 50% share in the house in favor of your wife.
