Joint sale deed

acquired a property jointly along with a friend,by showing undivided interest 70:30%,in the year 1996, now we ae interested to be in possession of our respective share  by earmarking by meets and bounds.please let me know in what way the execute a document between us,

if you are interest to continue you both construct flats as you wish. if not, execute a partition deed between you and your friend by dividing the plot into two parts  at 70:30 percent ratio mentioning the measurements and boundaries.

Yes. the partition between others. stamp duty is different. for family members it is less. but it is for others the stamp duty is higher than the family members stamp duty.
