I had applied for partition suit and the judge is sick since the first week of august 2011. He has undergone surgery and not likely to come to the court in the month of september also. If a judge takes sick leave can't alternative judge takes the charge. What is the rule to change the court. There are three more courts in my Taluka court. Kindly help.
