Judgement for refusal of permanent alimony

Hi, Please post judgement to avoid refuse permanent alimony to earning wife with no kids.

Wife is earning @ 70,000 pm and assets in tune of 40 L. and demanding alimony of 20 L.

You have to prove that she is getting 70k P.M and having 40 L assets and you should show your salary and assets and the court will decide

If she is earning so much and there is no disparity with your income and assets, hardly any alimony would be granted to her.
