What is your pay on 1.1.2006?

What is his pay on 1.1.2006 or on the date when he was first appointed?

File RTI  application seeking information on the grounds how such pay was fixed which is not constitutional.

Post this as grievance in pgportal on line and they have to respond with reply between 24 hours  and 72 hours time.

Please remember, he is a Direct Recruit and you are a promotee.

Therefore, first indicate what was your basic pay as on 1.1.2006.

Please indicate date of appointment of the Direct Recruit.

Please indicate the pay of the Direct Recruit on his appointment.

Please indicate on what date the pay of the Direct Recruit became higher than yours.

Whether the Direct Recruit was promoted to higher post, while you remained in the same post?

you cannot expect sound advise without narrating facts of the case.
