I am staying in mumbai. I purchased a bus ticket on KSRTC through netbanking in mumbai,my bank account is in mumbai.I travelled from Bangalore to Kerala,there was a deficiency of service on the part of ksrtc,the bus broke down in Tamilnadu and I was asked to find my own transport from Tamil nadu to Kerala.I have been writing to KSRTC,they have not resolved my dispute.Can I file a consumer case against KSRTC in mumbai.
