I have filed for a divorce petition in a family court in Telangana. my wife stays with her parents in Avadi.
She is not responding to court summons and has no intention to either contest or come back to lead a family.
Now my advocate adviced me to send sealed cover papers to local court near avadi
I would like to know under which court jurisdiction does avadi falls. is it tiruvallur or ambattur or chennai?

If you send papers to local court, what the fck is your lawyer for? Hammer him with old hawai chapppal. All this is his work. If you have filed your divorce etc in famil court, it is duty of your advocate to get notice/summons issued to wife who can be staying anywhere in the world.

All he wanted to know is to which court these sealed cover had to be address.
He as unaware of the jurisdiction as it is in different state.
