Justice Regupathi letter to Madras High Court CJ

Justice Gokhale does not say that he enclosed Justice Reghupati's letter to CJI. Justice Balakrishnan says that Justice Gokhale did not mention Raja's name. He deliberately avoids telling about the enclosure.

Why are we punishing an ordinary person for telling lies in court?

Now who will judge and how it will be decided who is lying.  Both must be subjected to lie detector polygraph test. This is not a joke, they must be punished for their strange and anti-national behaviour. This type of incidences are not good for the health of judiciary.
