Khidmat mash inam land

We have khidmat mash Inam land in a village of Medak dist awarded to our fore father which was continued to our father even though he was havIng a brother. Now we are 3 brothers and 3 sister. Is this property has to be distributed among all of us. If so who will be responsible to serve the designated khidmat (execution of work which involve the financial assistance) I sought the legal opinion whether the elder son only to carry such responsibility enjoying the property or what else. Kindly advise in light of law
