Medical negligence and if the perpetration is by a quack all criminal offenses including an attempt to murder.   Contact local advocate as circumstances and facts are important.

if A's intention was to cause miscarriage to b without her consent then A can be guilty of offence of attempt to cause miscarriage.313 and 511 ipc .and if A is a medical practitioner and no intention is there it is a case of negligence.

Sudhir Kumar, why don't you ignore it if you felt offended. I am also making a good use of this forum as much as you did.

What happened to the woman?  Did she die or was she grievously injured?  Did she pay for the treatment? The reply would depend on answers to these questions.
