Hi,
My Grandmother had got some property by the Kul Kayda law in 1987, her name too was mentioned on the 7/12 at that time. Now in 2012 when we extracted new 7/12 papers the name has just diappeared and land is in Mah Govt's name. how is this possible.
Secondly another portion of the same plot is reflecting in my Grandmother's name, how can my Dad transfer the same from her name to his name.
Please give us some fruitfull advice. different people are giving different advices & versions.
Note: Grandmother is expred.
