Can anybody elaborate and explain me the "Rules regarding Lay-off and Retrenchment" of employees of a factory???????

 

Please explain briefly.....

Dear

 

Any lay off shall given notice of commencement and termination of the lay off within 7 days, notice to the RLC (Central).

 

Retrenchment shall be notice to the workman (who is continuous service not less than one year) within three days and notice to RLC, ACL. Retrenchment shall be very juniour ie., last in first out.
