Dear Sir,
I want the Legal opinion for the following
I have resigned from the organistation as per agreement and still the company is holding my orginal educational certifacte till date.
How do I proceed further and there is any judgement for supreme court that orginal certifacte should not be retained even after the resignation

Dear friend,
make a visit and ask them to return the certificates if not kindly send a letter mentioning;" if not complied with the request of releasing the original certificate i would be constrained to launch appropriate proceeding in law at ur cost & risk" by regd post with ack so that once they have not heeded to ur requests even then u complain with the nearest police station.
hope it will suffice the things.
