Can any body help in this regard with his expert advice:

 

Bad Leaver:::An employee/contractor with whom (or with which employer) the Company lawfully terminates the employment contract or contract for provision of services for good reasons or cause including without limitation where the employee/contractor has:

  • breached any of the material obligations under the employment (or services) agreement with the Company
  • breached the confidentiality or intellectual property rights provisions under the employment (or services) agreement with the Company 
  • been convicted of any offense (whether criminal or other)
  • become bankrupt or made any composition with creditors generally
  • been found to have become of unsound mind.
