I did joined mspgcl on compensantory ground (my elder brother died)...I joined on 1oct 2018 and taken 45days leave in January.... according to service regulation temporary employee has to give one day resignation notice..... sir I want to give resignation now....by the end of this month. so I have a query I wil give my resignation after 1oct will it count as permanent employee.
and now if resign...are there any of my dues which I get.... what are my rights if I am resigning now.... please suggest
