We have given the token money for a property which comes under lal dora. This proerty has proper registry and chain of previous owners are also right. We have checked all the papers through a reputed lawyer in delhi and we are assured the papers are correct.
Now we send the property to check if any case against it.......and found that the property has illigal construction and has been been registered for a case in MCD. The line written in the case is as below
U/c under in the shape of Stilt floor, groudn floor , first floor & second floor inclcuding projection at each floor.....
I also know none of the property in lal dora is MCD approved. So how come only this property is register for illigal construction? Is it because a few buliders are not able to satisfied MCD for thier bribe or MCD lodge a complain on certain basis for some of the property. So should we buy this property or not. What would be the potentail of failure in future.
