2 questions on agriculture land conversion -
1. To build a house on my agricultural land for living in near my farm, do I need to convert the piece of land that I am building the house on? Heard that a 'farm house' can be built on agricultural land without conversion. If so, is there a definition for a 'farm house', can it be a regular house built in the midst of my farm? This property is in rural Karnataka
2. What is the land conversion fee structure for converting agricultural land to construction land (for private use - house and a well). Again this is a piece of land in rural Karnataka.
