Sir/ Madam,
The land case is running since 5 years, since this year Jan 2020 it is in Evidenc phase (changed from Summons) ;
The case being adjourned for third time this year(next month), we being on the defendent side is there any action to be taken from our end?
I would like to know what steps are taken in this Evidenc phase.

Evidence and Cross-Examination of Defendant
The defendant also presents his side of the story supported by the witnesses and evidence from his side. The evidence needs to be be marked earlier by the court, otherwise it will not be considered by the court.
