Dear Sir, we are a registered NGO based in Delhi, working in 5 sates of North India since 2005. Our major work & focus is on community development throguh imcro enterprise and vocational trainings. Recently we have donated land for training centers in various states of North India through voluntray gift. May I, as a Managing Trutess request you all to guide me through the process of geting the land in the name of NGO ;
1) On which paper( 100Rs or 500Rs stamp paper) should i draft Gift Deed;
2)Registration Process and time requried;
3) what Stamp duty & regisration charges, will be applied in a case as Donated Land for Public use.
4) Land is Gifted in Punjab & UP
