My mother executed a registered will in my favour. When I approached concerened Thahasildar with the 1.registered will 2.Death certificate 3.Land documents 4.Pattadar passbook and Title deed in my mother name 6. Application for entering my mother land in my passbook. and passbook and Title deed in my favour to enter my mother land in my passbook.
The Thahasildar asked for EC and Call my Brothers and sister to Thahasildar Office. Is it right procedure or what is the correct procedure.
