We own 2 Acres of land, we are currently yeilding it. In year 2006, Mr A has occupied our land. We have put up a case against it in high court. Now, Mr B trying to occupy the same land. Can I put up a case against Mr B in lower court as well. When a case is pending in court against Mr A due to a land dispute , can we put up a case aga Mr B for same land in lower court?
