If there is a court case going on for years, why don't you wait for the disposal.

No opinion can be rendered without knowing any details of the case or the histroy of the property or without perusing the property related relevant documents

In those person won the case court is said leave that place till govt.provide another place 

When the matter is sub-judiced, you should seek advise of your lawyer who is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case till you have faith in him / her and avoid seeking another opinion / advise.

Neither facts posted not query is clear to me for forming an opinion and oblige.

If the court is passing an order by which you are aggrieved, you have two options in furtherance, the first one being to prefer an appeal before the appellate court and the second option is to accept the verdict and obey the court orders.

The court will not pass any instructions to the government to provide an alternate acommodation to you, it will be your own problem to solve it in the manner known to law.
