Land lord filing false case police station rent paid court

I have paid 15 months rent in court and now the landlord is filing false police complaint by taking signature from all the tenants and they could not object in fear.

If iam not granted Status Quo can the landlord disconnect my required amenities water and electric?

The police harassment has become unbearable. Lot of Marathi sentiments attached to the landlord luckily the PSI police station in charge understood this is a civil matter and let me go with a warning.

Should I file a criminal case against the landlord will this help? But finally the police is only going to make a report and send it to the court.

 In my last hearing my advocate too was not present and his sub advocate stood blank without putting up any argument I personally spoke and somehow got the status quo.
