Hi,
We have some agricultural land that was bought around 20 yrs ago. For that land, pattadar pass book and title deed are issued and they are in my parents name. But they did not register it that time.
Is it going to be a problem as the land was not registered?
Please clarify.

As it was in a village, land was not registered. Only names were transferred in pass book. Even from whom we bought, they also did not have registered with thier name.
Is pattadar pass book and title deed not valid?
