Land registration fraud

HI I buyed lan on 2007 year with owner registered with patta with servey numbner 492/f as link document but shown boundaries and location of other servey number 566. Now we came to know that that registered servey number is different from location. in servey number 492/f owner had builded house and staying from long time.

Query:How can we get our land of servey numbner 492/f which was registered to us via pahani patta

Let the buyer beware is the principle.  When one purchases one kilos of Potato for Rs.6/- a Kg, he carefully picks and selects those of good quality.  You ought to have exercised due care. Personal visits, marking boundaries, getting surveyor report are basic precautions in a land purchase. Contact Advocate for issuing a notice to the seller, for getting a survey of the land and for such amendment deed if any.

You have not explained as to where fraud has taken place and who has defrauded you.  Your negligence may not amount to fraud by others.  Focus on remedies and contact a sincere advocate and take steps for early remedy.

You have to contact the seller and always behave with him politely till atleast the task is completed.
