Please guide / suggest me for following issues,
Due to mis-understanding Husband and wife not staying together, wife left and last 7 years staying with her parents house with 16 old daughter,
Year 2012 myself ( Husband ) try to sale my property ( Agri - Land ) , but wife put up civil suit behalf of daughter demanding 50% share on my property, ( since Daughter is minor her mother ( my wife ) registered a legal case in the District high court ),
Case Not taken for listing, just 2.5 years passed just changing the dates,
Is it this case valid ?, marriage is still not broken, Divorce case not applied, but daughter is demanding 50% share on the fathers property, that is Self Earned.
The property 100% Self earned by me.
According to me, As a Hindu marrage law daughter can't have rights to demand share of property, If myself wish then I can give or when I am no more then she can take, or after marriage she can demand..
Is it my understanding correct, ?, Is it this case valid..?
How to speed up this case ?, If I want to sale this property, can I sale ?, what is the future oblications and legal issues,
Please guide me I am in deep trouble. need of urgent CASH for that I wish to sale my property.
