Dear Sir,
three months before my wife pass away.
she was having land on her name; which had been register on her name by his father almost 40 years before. now i wanted to transfer the same on my name as wanted to sale it to pay the loans what i had taken for her hospital expences. i had one son and two daughters. they are ready to avail NOC for the same.
but now my brother in law is making issue harrehing them and even me too.
so pl guide me about the same that how should i can proceed with same to sale and trnsafer the land on my name. some are saying relinquishment deedby all of three or deliberation suit. but in all cases my familiy member cannot come to the taluka place where the land belongs as they says that my brother in law will make issue.
pl let me know,
which process i should go?
wheather it is possible to register it in other city where my all family member will be able to come?
