LAND TRASFER FROM GRAND MONTHER TO GRAND SON

MY father is the only son to my grandmother, first my father passed away (8 years) back, Now recently my grand mother passed away. She has agricultural land her name which doesn't have nomination on it. what is the producer to get the title of land on my name. VRO OFFICE HAS REJECTED MY APPLICATION FOR PROPER PERSON CERTIFICATE WITHOUT ANY SPECIFIC REASON.

Just follow up with the tehsildar office. get succession certificate and if nothing works file a suit for declaration , don't dispute posseiin and keep on doing activities on the land normally
