my father is holding landed property. i want to transfer the same. pl suggest process of transfer viz
(a)by purchase from him through sale deed
(b) by way of Gift to me
(c) or other process which shall be hassel free

If you like to get your father's property during life time then deed of gift is best option.

1, What are the expenses involved in the gift process ?
2. Cab the same procedure be followed for gifting landed property between siblings ?
