Landlord and tanent

My case is that, I am landlord, I filed the suit for eviction for question in Shop against talent and the concurrent finding of the court below is in my favor now second appeal has been preferred tanent against me/ landlord , during pandency of the appeal tanent / appellant vacated the Shop due to collapse the wall, ruff of the Shop but case is running and stay order is got in favor of tanent , in the above situation can appel run when tanent has opened the Shop in other place
