My one friend joined a xyz company on roll w.e.f. 1 day of june as a marketing person.He also gave a business for the above month later company refused to give him the salary for june . According to company his offer letter acceptance was not recieved by the HR in that month (but which was couriered by him on time) so by the company he is employee only w.e.f. july. and will as per company policy he can only get salary form july onwards.
is there any way to get him justice as the company had enjoyed sales on his name as he is the employee of them for june and his attendance is also made by thum print on the device for june.
Kindly help its urgent.
