I have a flat in AMRAPALI ZODIAC area 2300 sq. ft. according to agreement had to get possession in june 2012 with penelty clause of Rs. 10/- per sq. ft. per month. Despite my meeting with officials and repeated emailing, I have not get possession and also penelty. Now the flat is ready for possession, Should I take possession and demand penelty? or I Should go for settlement of penelty first and then take possession. Is there any lawyer available for taking my case to consumer court. Will I get full penelty or I have to settle for lumpsum amount.
