law on ancestral property

my grand father died in 1997,
the property came to my father.

my father has 4 children

and my father sold properties in 2003-4

they took only my brother sign

they did not consider the female children

I was 20

and other sister's are below 18

can I fight for my share

when your father sold the property all children's who hascompleted 18yrs consent is nesseceray if they were minorhe can sell the property as minor gaurdian for family benifit only.you consult local civil advocate @ file civil suit for partition.

What ever mentioned leave it, you have a right to sue for partition to the extent of your share
