Dear sir,

For your kind information, the concerned fraud advocate has shown his law degree from Ranchi University in his certificate and passing year is 1998. Between 1996 to 1998 he was accused in dowry case (498a along with 7 more Cr P.C.) and I know he has never attended / visited Ranchi University. How he could get his law degree certificate in 1998?

I want to know from all you SIrs,

1.     Was there any rule before 14 years, that candidates who attended private coaching classes or private institutions, could get Law Degree Certificate from Recognised Laws College or University? (Because the matter is of 14 years ago.)

2.   Is Ranchi University (who can issue Law degree certificate)  recognised by Bar Council of India
