i leased a house for 4.5 lakhs for 2 yrs. I came to know that landlord sold the house before 3 yrs. I filed case by adding both old and new owner as defendant, no one appeared in court for hearing even a single time and I got permanent injunction decree to stay in this house. this building is 18 yrs old. it is weaken day by day. rain water coming inside the house even for small rain. I don't want to stay in this house.please Tel me way to get my money.

A lease is automatically void when it is against the law, such as a lease for an illegal purpose. In other circumstances, like fraud or duress, a lease can be declared void at the request of one party but not the other.
