My father in law took house for lease in 2012 & made bond till 2015. Due to som problem they have to shift to some other place. So when consulted to House owner, she said she has no money now, asked to hand over house key so if any one approach for lease she will arrange that same amount to him. But after few days when we went to talk about amount she only occupied the house & sent notice to us saying amount already paid please hand over the lease doc. Else she will proceed with legal action against us. Let us know what we have to do. will we get our amount back?
