Leave & licence agreement

I had given my flat on rent under leave & licence agreement. On the expiry of lease the tenent has not vacated the flat.

I have filed a civil suit for eviction.

The tenent has pleaded that he has given Gold to broker for purchase of flat against oral agreement by me.This is untrue.

Can on his words the Honourable Civil Judge rely and restrain me from getting the possesion.

Judge decides matter on the basis of facts, evidence and law and you are the property owner of the flat, who wants tenant's eviction from court. Property belongs to you and it doesn't effect whether he(tenant) want to purchase a flat or not, that is his personal issue.

.

Ask your lawyer to put strong evidence and arguments before the Court.

.

Thanks
