My daughter is working in AIIMS,Delhi ( An autonomous body of Govt. of India) as Sister Gr:II since Dec.2010( more than 2 years 4months as). As per appointment condition, she was employed on probation for two years and confirmation in to regular service is to be done on satisfacry completion of two years job. She is higly regular and disciplined employee in AIIMS and confirmation letter to become regular employee is awaited from AIIMS authority, Delhi .
Now she is married and her spouse is working in Bangalore and she wants one year leave without pay from AIIMS authority to leave with her husband . She is having 1 month Earned leave and 10 days medical leave in her account.
What is legal procedure which she should adopt / follow to get the one year leave sanctioned from AIIMS authority Delhi.
