leaving a central govt job

Dear all please help me.

Iam central govt. defence permanent( drdo) employee of class3. I have comleted six years of serice. I have completed on sponsored ship from my office M. Tech full time course .the fees and salary for the course is paid by the office. Now i have been selected for lecture in MPSC- (MAHARASHTRA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION). I need t o resign to join there.

in rail ministry the provision is that the individual need not to pay back any expences paid by the office. but in my case waht is true.

RESIGN,GO JOIN IT IS UR FUTURE CAREER ADVANCEMENT,DONOT BOTHER THEY RELEAVE U WITH SOME MONETARY CONDITIONS, U CAN EASILY MEET IN INSTALMENT OR U MAY BE NOT ASK AT ALL AS RAILWAYS...

Are U under any Bond obligation? have you informed your applying to outside job to your employer. Normally the bond liability includes the expences incurred for sponsorship course. If this is the case there is a Govt of India  guideline which states that the bond liability shall be transferred to the new organisation.

U are under monetary obligation with drdo so pay the amount. either u can be framed for not applying through proper channel. I am scientist in drdo
