Dear All,
One of my friend got very good govt job. He was waiting for his joining date. Now, date has declared as 1st july. His notice period is of 3 months. He already intimated to higher authority but they are telling, can go for legal.
He don't want PF, experience letter and all. He conveyed that there's family problem and not possible to stay beyond 30th june.
Please syggest, doing this will hamper his career?
