Legal binding

I have a flat in bangalore, where the builder has already closed all operations. Now there is a legal issue cropping up in the building. Can we file a case against the signatories in the sale deeds. The General Manager who has legally signed the sale agreement that was registered. If this a valid case where i can file a case against the then GM who was has signed on behalf of the builder.

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

Your query is not properly drafted so as to convey c clear message on problem being faced.

Generically speaking; If said GM was competent to sign on sale agreement on behalf of builder then both may be made a party in dispute whatever IT is.

Approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/civil matters and having successful track record….and well versed with local revenue codes/rules/laws…………….for a considered opinion and to help and guide you.
