Dear All,
My nephew is staying with us for more than 12 yrs now and we are taking care of all his education and needs.
My sister died due to burn injury at her house ,Subsequently not to put the family in trouble any more we withdrew the case saying whatever happened has happened at least we will take care of her son and educate him.
When we bought him he was just 2 yrs old now he is in 8th standard.
Can i become legal guardian of my nephew.what will be the complications involved.
Can any one suggest me how to go ahead with either adoption or becoming legal guardian of my nephew.
Right now in school records guardian name mentioned is of my father .
Any expert suggestion.
