Legal heir?

Hi,

My father has two sisters, my father passed away, recently my aunty(Father's sister) without children also died intestacy

Now my another aunty(Father's another sister) claiming absolute rights on the property since my father was already passed away.

Dont we have any rights?

C - Aunty 2 (Sister of R) - Alive claiming absolute rights
