1) what r the legal rights of the legal heir to get the rent receipt transmit as a legal heir in his name.What if the landlord does not pay any heeds to my request and still collects the rent.Any criminal complaint can be institued against the landlord.

File a suit before the Rent Controller for deposit of rents and to accept the tenancy between the landlord and tenant.
