my car met with and accident on NHW due to non improper functioning of break as I tried to stop the car but first peddle and second peddle break did not work and for third peddle I went on wrong side and collided with the vehicle comming from opposit side in which one pessenger got a fracture in his arm and an other had minor scratches. Police lodged FIR and booked me us 279, 337and 338. I am a govt employee and my advocate tells me that I will lost my job if convicted. Kindly tell me doest it effect my govt job or givt will terminate me from the service if convicted.
