Legal Opinion on Family property

Hi experts, could you please help us for one legal query to purchase family property?
Thank you in advance

One person (Let's say A) is owner of 1.50 Acre. Person A had 3 sons (let's say X, Y, Z). A is donated 1.0 Acres to his sons X, Y through registered donation deed by telling as per my promise and love.

Now, query is "is remaining 0.50 Acre belongs to only Z or all sons X, Y, Z have equal right on 0.50 Acre? ". All persons A, X, Y, Z were died. Wife of A also died. All are from Hindu family.

Hello,

A has gifted 1 acre to X and Y and the balance is 0.50 acre. After A's death 0.50 acre will be shared equally between X, Y and Z in absence of any will. If X, Y and Z died then their legal heirs will share the property as per their proportionate share.
